Mbappé Wears Mask in Training After Facial Injury
French soccer superstar Kylian Mbappé was pictured wearing a French-inspired tricolore mask during a training session on Thursday after the France Football Federation admitted he would need to be fitted with a mask before he returns to the pitch.
No Surgery Needed
The French Football Federation later said Mbappé would not need an operation, despite suffering a facial injury in the 2022 World Cup final against Argentina. Mbappé scored a hat-trick in the match, but France ultimately lost on penalty kicks.
